INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons olive oil
12 meatballs, frozen, thawed
1 cup apple juice
¼ cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
METHOD
Heat
the olive oil over medium-loe heat in a small skillet and add the meatballs.
Cook the meatballs, turning often, for 8 to 10 minutes until thoroughly browned
and cooked throughout. Set aside.
